DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:


  • Establishes supply chain services master production schedule.
  • Establishes dependent and independent material requirements and plans in support of master production schedule.
  • Fulfils transactions for purchase order activity, direct to consumer orders, order inquiry and orders available to allocate.
  • Works with internal customers to coordinate end-to-end logistics of finished goods; retail replenishment orders, new product releases, and retail ad support orders.
  • Facilitates all outbound shipments from NOA, Nintendo of Canada (NOCL), and third-party logistics providers (3PL's).
  • Facilitates carrier capacity through planning meetings for launch releases along with peak shipping periods.
  • Analyzes, reports and executes plans for projected production material requirements and plans for variations in usage (stock levels and lead times).
  • Creates Action Memos and requisitions, performs follow up and expedites materials as needed.
  • Collaborates with Document Control, Manufacturing Engineering and Design on bill of materials and item master records for current and future production builds.
  • Communicates critical information to internal and external stakeholders regarding Materials Requirements Planning and Work in Progress for active projects.
  • Determines material requirements to support in-house and contractor production schedules, initiates purchase requisitions as appropriate to ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet production requirements, and maintains an acceptable inventory le

  • Reports project progress to senior management through written and verbal communication and presentations.
  • Collaborates with and supports Manager, Materials and other functional business areas as workload dictates.
