Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercial line of business in Springdale, Arkansas and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Specialty Doors, Automatic Doors and Operators, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware. Position Overview:


You will have the opportunity to directly impact sales by cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships in Springdale and surrounding areas.



  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of Entry Doors and related door products and services.

  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Springdale and surrounding areas.

  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

  • Provide time, accurate estimates and proposals

  • Achieve sales objectives set forth by management, track and record sales leads and activities and actively participate in sales meetings

  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Prefer a minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience calling on business to business – ideally calling on commercial accounts selling new construction or retrofit projects to both end-users and contractors; however, will consider other applicable experience, especially if “mechanical” type products have been sold

  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License

  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred

  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
