Support internal and customer builds at MAHLE manufacturing plants and technical center
Assist in analyzing project data including customer rebill activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of program management initiatives
Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and resources
Participate in project meetings, documenting key discussions, action items and decisions
Contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within the MAHLE engineering factory and production facilities
Support plant project teams during the launch phases when applicable
Engage in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address project, manufacturing and operation challenges
Support the team(s) in ad-hoc and projects related to program management and engineering
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred School(s): University at Buffalo and/or RIT
Skills: Problem solving, MS Office Programs, Business Acumen, Excellent communication skills, Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be enrolled in a 4 year accredited university
Pursing a degree towards: industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Previous internship experience preferred but not required
