Our Supervisor Claims Configuration for the Technical Analytical Support team is response for a team of analysts that support the initiatives and department objectives associated with programming and configuration of internal end user applications. Ensures that software solutions meet the overall department goals. This role develops procedures and initiatives in support of operational effectiveness and department objectives. Overseeing analysis of key performance metrics to identify areas in need of training and improvement, the supervisor also identifies potential workflow improvements. This leader is responsible for multiple claims operating systems, including the support of key configuration and benefit tables. With a team composed of claims configuration analysts and business analysts, team members' positions will have IT components, though will not report under the IT organization.
This position is located in Meridian, Idaho and is an onsite role. #LN-Onsite
Required Experience: 5/+ years' relevant experience, preferably to include claims and/or healthcare.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, relevant area of study, or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

Your day may look like:
Provides day-to-day oversight of the claims configuration team.
Participates in process improvement initiatives and implements outcomes.
Assists in the development of departmental policies, procedures, service standards and workflows.
May partner with leaders in designing, maintaining and producing management reports to meet the company's needs.
Provides input and support for changes to applicable systems and processes.
Ensures effective workflows, maximizes system efficiencies, monitors quality performance measures and confirms appropriate completion of work assignments.
Provides guidance, counseling, coaching, and continuing education opportunities to staff. Selects, develops, mentors and assesses performance of staff.
May participate in goal setting process for the unit and/or department.
May participate in internal/external audits.
