Responsible for division and store implementation of company standardized product placement and plan-o-grams and execution of store product plan-o-grams. Work collaboratively with internal and external associates to execute efficient store (re)sets, remodels and plan-o-grams for diverse products to provide a shopping experience that meets/exceeds our customers' expectations.
Identify and implement best practices for shelf management, timely placement of new items, discontinued items and markdown programs.
Partner with store, division and corporate teams to eliminate root cause(s) of out of stocks in order to provide customers with all the products they want.
Provide upward feedback to corporate team members on opportunities in order to ensure an effective product mix for customers.
Serve as communication channel to Corporate Merchandising regarding issues and opportunities with the various category sets.
Travel to stores to oversee the execution of store (re)sets, remodels and plan-o-grams
