Baer is looking SAP Trainer - EAM/FSM/SAM for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: SAP Trainer - EAM/FSM/SAM Location: Remote (Must be in US) Duration: 6 months Rate: All-inclusive Alignment: C2C
Description:
Identify, prepare, and build end-user training data within the SAP EAM, FSM, and/or SAM environments.
Create and maintain accurate documentation for data displayed or used by training participants, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Develop detailed data sheets that outline step-by-step instructions for demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
Work closely with clients to support data creation, conditioning, and validation to meet specific training requirements.
Track the progress of data creation tasks, proactively communicate status updates, and address any issues that arise.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a functional or technical role working with SAP EAM is required. Experience with SAP FSM and/or SAM is preferred.
Familiarity with the power transmission and distribution industry is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communicator who can coordinate with clients and training participants to ensure a smooth and successful training process.
