Associateto join the team in our Boston
Office for remote and in office roles.


CohnReznick is a hybrid firm most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will support our Affordable Housing Group. You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. YOUR ROLE.




Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts


• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables


• Develop detailed engagement work plans


• Illustrate budgets and schedules


• Actively participate in proposals


• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

YOUR EXPERIENCE.




The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required


• CPA designation or the ability to sit for the CPA exam(s)


• 3+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required


• Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus


• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
