Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Friendly and respectful attitude toward residents and staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
