We are looking for a Studio Manager to l ead the sales, marketing, and operations of an F45 Studio, a global leader in the fitness arena, located inside of the Hilton Austin Convention Center Hotel.

What will I be doing?

The F45 Studio Manager drives the results and culture of both the F45 Studio, a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high intensity group work outs which are fast, fun and proven to get rapid results for members, as well as the Hilton Austin and its commitment to exceeding guest expectations while creating a work environment of Care, Value and Respect for its team members.

Job Duties

• Create, manage, and exceed all Sales and Operational budgets
• Drive profitability through optimal programming and capacity usage
• Create an annual marketing plan for social media, digital / print, and community events
• Ensure a consistent sales effort is maintained by establishing daily sales goals, contests, incentives, outreach, and strategic partnerships
• Recruit, hire, train, and deliver on boarding to all staff
• Maintain and grow the total membership base
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the Studio
• Adhere to all F45 branding standards
• Participate in small-group training programs at least twice a week
• Oversee all day to day Studio operations
