Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

A Guest Relations Manager is responsible for managing all VIP guest experience including reservations, inspections, arrivals, services and communications.

This position will report to the Director of Rooms and oversee VIP Services and Concierge Operations.


  • Oversee VIP Services and Concierge Operations
  • Lead team of approximately 10 team members within the lobby and back office concierge operations
  • Responsible for building relationships and overseeing VIP Elite Guest Experiences on site
  • Ownership of Top 50 Repeat Guest Recognition Program
  • Oversee all guest contact prior to arrival/ itinerary planning
  • Responsible for department inventory & internal amenity program
  • Serve as Manger On Duty within Front Office Operations as needed

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various - must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
