Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Communication Lead to guide their team through the transition and adoption of new business changes and technologies. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology, requiring a unique blend of skills and expertise.

As the OCM Communication Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive communication strategy and plan
- Creating internal and external communication templates
- Establishing a master communication delivery schedule
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to identify user-specific communication needs
- Aligning communication strategies to tell a cohesive story across the entire program
- Defining strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for communicating to diverse audiences

This role requires strong project management and planning skills, as well as the ability to build relationships across the organizational spectrum, including executive-level communication. You will be expected to manage and leverage existing resources and team members, often in a dispersed or dotted line structure.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience working with Organizational Change Management Communication tools and techniques
- Expertise in OCM activities such as communication, training, and readiness
- Experience managing the effect of new business processes, technology, or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise
- Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging communication strategies
- Strong understanding of storytelling and communication methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with design and development of Communication Plans and Materials
- Technology awareness and experience with technology projects
