JOB SUMMARY

Our dynamic team is driven by a passion for excellence, and we are excited to announce that we are proactively recruiting Analysts to join our team in 2025.

Analysts are responsible for analyzing potential investments in seniors housing, outpatient medical facilities, age-restricted multifamily and build-to-rent..  Key responsibilities include underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities; operator/client credit analysis; review and analysis of business plans, management teams, budgets, and financial statements, both at the company-wide and individual property or portfolio level.  The Investment Team is at the forefront of the growth of the business and has ownership of working on all new investments from the initial valuation and deal structuring through detailed due diligence and closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Financial analysis and modeling to aid in valuation and structure

  • Prepare pro forma cash flow models for all stages of the real estate cycle

  • Participate in site visits to assess competitive landscape and market

  • Partner with Business Insights department to analyze demographics and psychographics of the healthcare landscape

  • Present the underwriting, valuation, structure, risks, and due diligence of potential investments to senior leadership through corporate-wide weekly investment committee meetings

  • Participate in the structuring, due diligence, and legal process of transactions

  • Participate in asset management functions such as assisting in the review of monthly performance, conducting variance analysis, and joining monthly operator calls

TRAVEL

Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience:


  • Recent or upcoming graduate with relevant internships in commercial real estate or healthcare investing, lending, investment banking, or investment sales.

  • Proficiency in real estate modeling including valuations, returns, and waterfall distributions

  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

  • Working knowledge of ARGUS

Education:


  • Anticipated completion of Bachelor's degree in '25.  Preferred majors in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or similar business or analytical field required.
