This position is a hybrid role, to be considered, candidates must be based within 25 miles of a NetApp office: San Jose CA, Research Triangle Park (North Carolina), Boston MA, or Boulder CO.
The Senior Contracts Manager is essential to ensuring seamless legal and sales operations within NetApp. While acting as the gatekeeper for legal matters, you will manage our contracting process by negotiating a variety of technology agreements. You will serve as a crucial liaison between the legal and sales teams, ensuring compliance, handling escalations, and maintaining a positive customer interaction experience.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $153K - $214Kand will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
