We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support a fast-paced financial planning office in Omaha, NE. As a member of the Client Concierge team, one will play a vital role in supporting the office structure by serving as the director of first impressions for the office. This position requires a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities and time allocation may change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.

Polite, professional and clear phone manner
Ability to follow processes and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High comfort level with technology
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and a positive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and questions, route phone calls accordingly
Ensure office space remains neat and tidy, restock office supplies as needed
Maintain schedule of office use
Warmly welcome clients into the office
Conduct general office administrative work including receiving mail, working with building management, copying/scanning documents, supporting advisors and the operations team with requests
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company privacy policies and regulations.
What are additional details of a Client Concierge?
While this is a full-time role, we will consider part-time for the right candidate. The hours for this position are:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm (CST)
Friday: 8:00am-3:00pm (CST)
This is a fully in-office position (no remote option available)
Professional business attire is expected for this position
