Job Description


  • Manage/Cultivate Overall Relationship with our Distribution Partners from an analytical perspective including owning and managing the relationship with data aggregation partners.

  • Develop appropriate analytics, solutions, and reporting to track shipment and inventory trends which will act as leading indicators for product performance (commercial and free goods).

  • Provide daily sales reporting (Into Warehouse/Sales Out of Warehouse) to internal stakeholders.

  • Weekly monitoring of Partner Metrics. Manage Trading Partner invoices and approval process.

  • Create automated dashboards to support Trade & Distribution Team.

  • May telecommute up to 100%.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Applications, Analytics, Information Technology or related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a pharmaceutical or life sciences data or distribution-related occupation.

 

Demonstrable experience in the following:


  • PL/SQL developer using trade related data to develop customized reports and dashboards.

  • Data Vendor management.

  • Demonstrating proficiency with wholesaler and specialty pharmacy data.

  • Demonstrating experience with commercial sales 867/852 data.

  • Demonstrating experience with Microsoft PowerBI and SQL to develop reports and dashboards.

  • Demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving skills and Excel proficiency.

  • Demonstrating ability to work cross-functionally to develop alignment across operational activities.

  • Demonstrating extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to conduct analyses and report insights with a high level of precision.
