SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM/MM) Business Analyst is a member of the SAP ERP Team performing business requirements, analysis, design, configuration, testing and user adoptions related activities within the extended warehouse management and Materials management space.
Essential Functions and Duties
Manage relationship and liaison with FFF's supply chain management business stakeholders on identifying and owning the business processes and requirements to be built in SAP S4/HANA Enterprise Management ERP.
IT Owner of SAP processes in the EWM/MM area, configuration, testing and related functional documentation.
Partner with systems integrator resources in performing the build and testing the solution that meets the business requirements.
Perform review of EWM/MM area - configuration, development, testing and sign off.
Review impact of SAP functionality across functional teams and provide impact analysis and decisions to EWM/MM business process owners, project managers, and other SAP Implementation partners and team members.
Support existing warehouse management business processes and suggest improvements.
Collect requirements for new business processes and document in common template requirement documentation. Create business user facing documentation.
Responsible for a variety of duties including supporting users, diagnosing and resolving system problems, making configuration changes, testing patches and upgrades, and modifying and creating production reports.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IS, MIS or a related field of study.
Required Knowledge:
Must have strong business knowledge in materials management, procurement, MRP processes, inventory management and logistics execution processes with a strong emphasis in SAP EWM within an HU and serialized managed warehouse.
Must possess strong understanding of SAP configuration set-ups, functionality, interaction of the ERP modules and ability to diagnose and resolve problems within and between modules.
Knowledge of SDLC process and tools like JIRA, Confluence, SILK, etc
Required Experience:
Must have at least three or more (3+) years of experience in the supply chain management support area.
Must have at least five (5) years of hands-on SAP warehouse, inventory management and procurement experience.
Experience documenting system requirements, creating test scripts and executing tests in a Test environment.
Experience in a distribution environment is required.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a serialized inventory environment with hands on knowledge and understanding of SAP's ATTP and ICH platforms would be desirable.

Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.
