Summary: Develop and implement talent development programs that are engaging and build the capabilities of our associates. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role will work collaboratively with global business and HR partners to assess needs and develop programs that will impact business results and enhance the associate experience.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with key business and HR partners globally to conduct needs assessments and identify appropriate learning and skill building solutions.
Design and create engaging and interactive learning content, tools and resources including instructor-led training materials, e-learning modules, videos and participant materials and guides.
Facilitate training programs, both face-to-face and virtually using technology platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom and conduct internal train-the-trainer sessions when necessary.
Develop creative ways to promote training and development opportunities across all levels of the organization; manage related training communications, such as pre and post session emails and relevant SharePoint sites.
Serve as the team's primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), Workday, managing training content, assigning, tracking, completions, and reporting. Support the administration for other talent module functionalities within Workday, such as performance.
Assess learning and development programs to measure learning effectiveness and impact; analyze data and metrics to identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate logistics for learning experiences, including scheduling, live/virtual room setup, and materials preparation. Partner with internal and external subject matter experts and vendors to effectively coordinate and manage development programs.
Collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to support other initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the talent development field (i.e., learning & development, organization development, talent management).
Significant, demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training for diverse audiences (people leaders, individual contributors) in a live and virtual environment (can provide design and content development examples).
Experience creating digital content using video or eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate.
Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS); Workday experience strongly desired.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with demonstrated project management experience.
Prior work experience in a global, manufacturing or consumer brand-based company helpful
Occasional travel to sites (primarily domestic, MA-based), no more than 15% of time.
