Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective


• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress


• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions


• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders


• The Senior Scrum Master will track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time


• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles

REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
