Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
This Senior Supply Chain Program Manager New Product Introduction (NPI) role presents an exciting opportunity to influence a part of the cloud business. As part of the Supply Chain NPI team, this role will be responsible for utilizing their technical understanding of the business to effectively launch new cloud solutions with a supply chain readiness framework. This role will act as a key point-of-contact for Engineering Business Groups and Hardware Infrastructure Engineering (HIFE) Groups to deliver scalable execution. As the company's cloud business continues to grow, the ability to deploy new offerings and hardware (HW) infrastructure on time, in high volume with high quality and lowest cost is of paramount importance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain, new product introduction, sourcing, operations or related fields


• Experience in program management at a high-tech company with proven track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes


• Cloud supply chain experience


• Proficient in business tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Azure Dev Ops), and ability to generate quality outputs


• Proficient verbal and written communication along with interpersonal, and organizational skills


• Ability to lead in ambiguous situations, and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
