Your Mission: As the Supplies Project Coordinator, you'll be efficiently and accurately overseeing the procurement and timely delivery of HVAC supplies for commercial and multi-family apartment projects. With a focus on cost-effectiveness and exceptional service, you'll ensure each project's success from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Uphold Koch Air's Code of Conduct, values, and ethics, ensuring all work aligns with our commitment to environmental, safety, and HR standards.
Conduct thorough take-offs for supplies and non-unitary products, providing precise quotations and collaborating closely with Territory Managers.
Collaborate with vendors and our Purchasing team to secure competitive pricing and product availability to meet project demands.
Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional communication across multiple platforms to enhance client satisfaction.
Review, process, and manage customer and sales team orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
Help maintain updated quotations, pricing, and provide critical support for general inquiries related to supplies project order entry.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, especially Purchasing, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Keep well-organized job files, and proactively communicate any discrepancies that impact project timelines or quality.
Work with various departments to deliver outstanding customer service, tackling challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
What You Bring to the Team:
Educational Background: High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and publishing software is essential.
Industry Know-How: At least 2 years in HVAC or construction is a must!
Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a responsive, service-oriented mindset.
Problem Solver: Able to assess needs, implement new procedures, and tackle challenges with confidence.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with a knack for managing details and meeting deadlines.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC supplies applications, ability to read blueprints, and experience with RFQs and purchase orders.
