About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Database Developer to join our team in the Banking and Nonbank Credit Intermediation industry. As an ETL Database Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data integration processes. Your main goal will be to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to our stakeholders. You will work closely with our data analysts and business intelligence team to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient ETL workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in ETL development using tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Experience with data modeling and database design principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
