Mass General Brigham Medical Group (MGBMG) represents the merger of separate community medical groups within the Mass General Brigham system into one harmonized and high-performing organization.

MGBMG provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, behavioral and mental health, specialty care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, imaging, lab services, infusion, and urgent care both digitally and in person in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The Vision
We are seeking a full-time, 40 hour RN to support our multispecialty practice located in Tuscan Village Salem, NH (30 Tuscan Boulevard). The desired schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The role will predominantly support Primary Care/Family Medicine, but there is also opportunity to support multiple specialties including:
Cardiology
Orthopedics/Sports Medicine
Pain Management
Gastroenterology
Breast Care
New employees are expected to be onsite for all hours worked during the first few weeks of employment for onboarding. There is potential for a hybrid work model after the successful completion of the training period, based on performance and site needs. While onsite, the employee will be supporting traditional clinical duties such as phone triage, office visits, patient education, medication administration, etc. On the remote days, the RN will virtually support back office clinical support operations (phone triage and in-basket management).

Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Nursing degree program required
Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire
BLS certification required
Clinical experience in a community-based ambulatory practice
Epic experience preferred
