SIGINT Instructor Level 4
We are actively searching for SIGINT instructors, located in Maryland, to support our team. We have varying levels of this position, depending on years of experience and education. This position is for a contract that has not yet been awarded.
Job Description:
Instructors will be responsible for teaching SIGINT, networking, geolocation, and analysis skills to the class. The instructor must be knowledgeable in a variety of subjects listed below. The instructor will be responsible for leading discussion, hands on labs, and maintaining course materials. Instructors will be responsible for teaching, as well as mentoring.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation including training aids, training standards, handbooks, Job Qualification Standards (JQS), Training Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), formal agency courses, agency-specific training (courses, workshops, and enterprise learning), and site developed course materials, programs, and plans as directed.
Collaborate with system providers, operators, and Media Services teams to create, maintain, and publish materials to training websites and web pages, Computer Based Training (CBT), video presentations, and other Technology Based Training (TBT) solutions.
Participate and provide support for training forums or working groups for discussing comprehensive training issues, requirements, and new programs.
Update training and certification materials as necessary to reflect the arrival of new systems or upgrade/retirement of legacy systems, document new or modified training and certification standards in accordance with established procedures and site standards.
Develop systems, tools, capabilities, missions, and applications training activities and continue to support life-cycle training solutions.
Conduct course instruction by applying adult learning principles, theories, and practices which provide a continuum of learning solutions.
The Cleared SIGINT Instructor shall possess the following capabilities:
Experience in any of the following technical areas:
Network Exploitation Target Analysis (NETA) NETA and Reporting (RPTG)
NETA and Analytic Skills (ANSK)
Geographic Information and Spatial Analysis (GISA)
Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
Shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience developing and implementing training processes, procedures, materials, and products needed to meet training needs and requirements in addition to having an understanding or working knowledge of the following areas:
Current analytic tools and databases
Producing Technical Reports
Social Network Analysis
Geospatial metadata analysis
Target Research
Target Templating
Telephony
SIGINT Collection Systems
Researching Network Topologies
Architectures and Protocols
Network Operations
Network Mapping
Network Protocols
Network Exploitation
DNI and/or DNR experience
Must have SIGINT, trade craft and exploitation, and converged target and SIGDEV experience
NCU Adjunct Certified preferred
Any of the following certifications preferred: Security+, Network+, CEH, CISSP
Scripting experience (Python, Pig, etc.) is preferred
Experience with instructing NCU courses a plus
Salary Range: $155,000-$175,000
