Position Overview:

ANSER is seeking a senior program risk analyst to review, assess, define, and provide recommendations to mitigate technical and programmatic risk. You will provide technical feedback to risk reduction activities as to their benefit and cost; and provide support with independent assessments of results of program projects conducted by the performers to help determine risk or risk mitigation strategies.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and manage relationships with senior level management within the client organization.
  • Ensure senior level management is aware of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision.
  • Manage multiple contract operations, ensures quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects.
  • Plan, organize and oversee work efforts, assigns resources, manages personnel, provides risk management, ensures quality management, monitors overall project and contract performance.
  • Review and assess technical and programmatic risk.
  • Recommend risk reduction strategies including benefit and cost analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field such as manufacturing, computer science, engineering or other similarly related discipline.
  • Five (5) years progressive experience in program management, risk assessment, quality controls and assessment.
  • Three (3) years' experience in the semiconductor, microelectronic or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience presenting findings, recommendations and solutions verbally and in writing to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with government agencies.
  • Experience/knowledge of supporting policy and process improvement activities.
