Here’s What You’ll Get To Do   



  • Successfully enter/process orders for the following products: Standard stock lengths, custom stock lengths, standard doors, custom doors, door hardware, brake-metal, curves, sunshades.

  • Accurately create purchase orders for buy-out items.

  • Accurately create jobs in the ERP system (Vantage) for custom doors, custom stock lengths, and buy out items.

  • Create door fabrication sheet for OBE quotes, custom take-offs, architectural drawings, and shop drawings.

  • Coordinate with production to schedule product delivery dates to meet customer’s needs.

  • Field questions from customers regarding product, lead times, and order status.

  • Identify issues that would cause delays in material delivery, communicate internally and with customers to resolve such issues and satisfy customer’s delivery requirements.


Here’s What We’re Looking For  



  • Glass and Glazing experience

  • Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.

  • Must have experience in a construction related customer service role, preferably in the glazing or architectural aluminum industry.

  • Must have strong math skills. Able to convert inches to feet and inches and vice versa.

  • Strong customer service skills as well as ability to negotiate customer conflict.

  • Industry experience a plus.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively & conduct themselves professionally; excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.

  • Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette.

  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment. Basic knowledge of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope standard products and their applications a plus (Accelerate, VVQuote, Vista Vision, EPICs).
