Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
JDP is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant for a client in the Denver, CO area.


This is a full time on-site position.


Responsibilities:

• SEC filings on Forms 10-Q and K including financial statements and disclosures
  
  


• 
  
  Preparation corporate journal entries and account reconciliations in a large, complex and fast-paced organization (intercompany transactions, IFRS-to-GAAP adjustments, purchase accounting adjustments, pension.)


• Month-end ledge closing process


• Data accumulation of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure timely financial reporting


• Review trial balances and other financial reporting schedules


• Prepare quarterly financial statements and disclose requirements


• Assist with quarterly reviews and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree


• 5+ years of experience


• General ledger knowledge in consolidation accounting including eliminations and foreign currency translation


• SAP experience a plus


• Strong US GAAP reporting knowledge
