Talent Acquisition at ASC is about quality, urgency and collaboration. Each TAP is aligned with a regional Ops leader, promoting consistent insight and collaboration to areas of opportunities at each facility and the support to integrate new, innovative delivery strategies. Each TAP works remote, but supports their local market, allowing them the opportunity to work on-site at ASC facilities regularly, leading and participating in candid, crucial staffing discussions and making a direct and immediate impact on each facility's team and culture in unique, meaningful ways. Collaboration is a point of pride amongst the TA team, as TAPs and other members continuously host calls/meetings to get creative in their strategies to address recruiting challenges and opportunities, and meet quarterly (at a minimum) to openly discuss new initiatives, changes and successes within the team, company and industry.
