Job Description
Work closely with business stakeholders and other GTS groups and leaders to understand business needs and drive architectural visions.
Develop and maintain IT strategies tied to corporate and department strategies and objectives.
Design and define the structure of technology solutions in alignment to our principles and standards.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends assessing their potential to be integrated into the existing architecture and advise on their strategic value.
Create and maintain standards to ensure good guidance is provided to the organization.
Identify potential risks and issues within our architecture and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed architectural changes or new technology implementations, ensuring that investments are justified and aligned with business priorities.
Ensure changes to our architecture maximize business value and are done with minimal disruption.
Provide guidance, support and mentoring to other team members on architecture related items.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our solutions for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, agility and performance.
Ensure our solutions comply with regulatory, legal, privacy, and security requirements relevant to our operations.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT with a strong background in system design or application development
5+ years of experience in an architecture role.
Strong background in business process analysis and the ability to align architecture frameworksand strategies that align with business goals.
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or DoDAF.
Strong knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards, including GDPR and SOX.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Strong understanding of application technologies and emerging trends.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow beneficial.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability for up to 10% travel
