Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide guidance on product selection.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on building materials and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, including entering information into our computer system and coordinating with vendors and delivery teams.Estimating: Utilize blueprints to accurately calculate material quantities and provide cost estimates.Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are well-displayed and information is up-to-date.Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas.Safety: Prioritize safety by following guidelines and reporting any hazards or concerns.
