Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is searching for a motivated second shift Quality Technician to join our rapidly evolving team!

A successful Quality Technician will be mechanically inclined, display a continuous improvement mindset, and ideally have experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Quality Technician Core Responsibilities

• Support all quality and gaging problems on 6L assembly line.


• Perform layered process audits.


• Modify control plans, supporting documents and quality alerts.


• Calibrate HS1 instruments, as directed by Metrology.


• Train production staff on control plans and proper use of gages.


• Effectively communicate an activity report to 1st shift.


• Lead and Assist with Containment, sorting and disposition of nonconforming product


• Interface with Inspection Lab, as necessary to resolve issues.


• Perform inspections with Calipers, Micrometers, or other devices, as necessary.


• Data entry on Daily Torque, Error Proofing, and Master Checks.


• Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF16949/ISO9001)


• Job description is not all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonable related business duties as assigned.

Quality Technician Job Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with quality engineers and production floor


• Proficiency in Excel


• Ability to learn and use technology systems


• Strong Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years in quality position


• 2-4 years manufacturing experience


• 1-2 years quality documentation experience


• Mechanical background


• Auditing experience
