Job Description:

JSL is searching for a highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst with demonstrated experience to perform system analysis functions on Weapons Systems to support NAVSEA programs. You will join a team of highly driven, supportive, and skilled professionals engaged in evaluating existing and new systems across the NAVSEA community. Specific duties and responsibilities include:

· Assist Gun Weapons Systems, Littoral Combat Ship, Tomahawk, and DDG 1000 Weapon/Combat Systems in developing, implement, maintain, and support projects using information technology tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools that are part of the iNFusion tool suite.

· Provide training to team members in the use of these tools.

· Cross departmental stakeholder collaboration to improve engineering and business processes through development of workflows using these various tools.

· Integrate and implement the use of tools for various technical processes and provide training and ongoing support until teams can self-sustain the use of the tools.

· Coordinate with customers and teams to identify requirements and ensure work tracks towards successful completion.

· Update Littoral and Strike Warfare Department processes using JIRA workflows, product input fields, and reports. Integrate the use of Confluence for department products, services, and processes.

Required Skills:

· Basic knowledge and training in various IT tools such as JIRA/WIKI, JavaScript, HTML & CSS.

· Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

· Ability to obtain valid U.S. government secret clearance.

Preferred Skills:

· 1-3 years' experience in an IT or Database Management supporting Department of the Navy programs; preferably Surface Gun Weapons Systems, Littoral Combat Ship, Tomahawk or TTWCS, or DDG/DDG1000 Combat Systems.

· 1-3 years of demonstrated experience supporting JIRA and/or WIKI systems used in project and program management.

· 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in JavaScript, HTML & CSS.

· 1-3 years of demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.

· Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation including but not limited to, criminal history, employment, and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
