As a Customer Services Support Operator, you will:
Conduct technical and administrative sales with both external and internal customers.
Process incoming direct parts sales orders, regarding the sale or acquisition of spare parts, including Dealer Evolves, Mods, and Updates.
Handle incoming parts clarification inquiries via email and phone. This would include both internal as well as external customers and engineers.
Perform order management for external customers.
Cooperate with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.
Support pre-and/or post sales product advice for spare parts.

Vocational studies in a scientific, business or engineering technology discipline.
PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Using latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn new software applications.
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills to have for the success of this role.
3-5 years' experience in a customer support/inside sales environment.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in health care/medical device industries preferred.
LOCATION: Cary, NC; Monday - Friday - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

The pay range for this position is $49,000- $57,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
