Responsibility Summary :          

Maintain a safe and secure environment by assisting in the development and implementation of the firm's security plan, to include:​​​​


  • Lead the 24/7 Global Security Services/Security Control Center team as a leader of associates.

  • Development, leadership, management, and fulfillment of area associates. Actively participates in self-development.

  • Development and communication of security topics, initiatives, processes and programs that encourage use of preventative behaviors and increase associate, visitor, and client awareness.

  • Preparation of dashboards and reports for trending and analysis of data to keep the organization informed, improve performance and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Development of strong contract programs and vendor relationships; establish standards of work, ensure effective training, develop clear stretch objectives, monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Protection of people and property through use of security systems; coordination of new installations and construction projects; liaison with service receivers; implementation of preventative maintenance programs, test & inspection and repair programs and software management.

  • Investigation and consulting services to protect the branch and home offices; document and investigate crimes and incidents and recover assets; consult with home office and branch leaders and associates on security issues; assess risk and develop plans to mitigate threats and act as liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement.

  • May manage and implement, in whole or in part, the firm's Life Safety program, to include: recruitment, issuance of equipment, training, communications, drills and performance measurement.

  • Provide expertise to others and be a subject matter expert.

What Experience & Functional/Technical Skills You'll Need:


  • 5-years of relative experience with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Experience as a people leader

  • Knowledge of Security Management and the Security field is required

  • Expertise in written and verbal communications

  • Must have significant knowledge acquired through previous experience, certification or specialized training in Security operations, systems administration, investigations, communications, emergency management and/or life safety.

  • Though broad knowledge of security systems is not required, knowledge of security systems and their working relationship with network and information systems is preferred.


What Could Set You Apart:


  • College degree preferred; bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, Communications, or related field

  • GSOC leadership experience preferred

  • 5 years of experience as a people leader
