Description: Judge Healthcare currently seeking a HEDIS RN in various areas in TN for one of our biggest clients! Please see details below! Positions available in Nashville, Johnson City, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Memphis!
Location: HYBRID - work from home but MUST be local to the above locations as you will be required to travel to provider offices/facilities within the counties.
Job Type: 3 month contract, 02/25-05/25
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Request records, schedule appointments at provider offices for retrieval, perform on-site retrieval of records, and review and abstract specific medical record data related to HEDIS measures
Obtain records via scanning, copying, office EMR system, downloading on secure encrypted ironkey, or other electronic means
Enter data into a HEDIS software system after complete and accurate review
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have active RN license in the state of TN
2+ years of nursing experience
HEDIS experience required
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required
Must be willing to travel 50%
