Job Summary

The Project Management Systems Analyst is responsible for providing technical and analytical support to the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) team. This role involves the maintenance, enhancement, and support of project management systems and tools related to the company's Agile approach, which includes the Jira product and its associated software. This role is responsible for ensuring their efficient operation and alignment with organizational objectives. The Project Management Systems Analyst will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and IT teams to optimize project management processes and systems.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent background and experience.
• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation.
• Proven experience in a systems analyst role supporting a project management office
• Demonstrated work experience and highly proficient in Agile project management software such as Jira Cloud, Confluence, Xray, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of Agile project management principals, methodologies and tools

Preferred:

• PMP, Jira Administration, or similar certification
• 2+ years' experience in project management
• Project Management Organization experience

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Agile project management systems, tools, and databases used by the ePMO.
• Support the implementation and integration of new Agile project management tools and technologies.
• Develop and maintain project management dashboards, reports, and metrics to track project performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize project management systems to meet organizational needs.
• Provide training and support to project managers and team members on Agile project management tools and systems.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project management efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and audits to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Agile project management and technology.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Working Conditions:

• Works non-regular hours as required, including weekends.
• Extensive computer work, with prolonged sitting.

*Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii, Washington D.C. and Washington State residents: $78,000-$100,000 depending on experience*
