Job Description:

Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment (pilot to fully operational), and optimizes procedures to achieve production goals.

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific mold and process control.


• Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned.


• Manage the process to optimize press cycle time and consistency.


• Assist in the development and manufacture of new tools to minimize 'time to market' while maximizing cost effectiveness.


• Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes.


• Participate in the selection of processes and mold design considerations for new products.


• Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.


• Lead various scrap improvement activities.

Education requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or sufficient experience equivalent


• RJG Training Certifications - Master Molder 1&2
