Adams & Martin Group is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in handling complex legal issues and delivering sound legal advice
Assist with trial preparation
Prepare well-researched legal memos
Analyze and interpret internal regulations, policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal laws.
Draft, review, and ensure compliance of contracts and agreements with internal policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws
Draft, review, and interpret laws, ordinances, regulations, and resolutions
Handle open record requests efficiently
Independently manage complex transactional assignments with minimal assistance
Strong Litigation experience required.
