SSM Health Care Group d/b/a SLUCare Physician Group seeks Physician (Family Medicine) in St. Louis, MO to provide family medicine services to the individual and family across all ages, by treating patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills and coordinating discharge planning with case management. May engage in clinical education including training residents and medical students who may be assigned during their rotation while serving in the capacity as attending physician.
