What you will do:
Assist in problem-solving and improvement initiatives across departments
Verify alignment of engine components using schematics and part prints
Inspect parts and materials for quality defects
Conduct audits and quality inspections to address known defects
Handle shipping, receiving, and invoice verification for inventory accuracy
Ensure received and delivered materials meet quality standards
Organize parts for warehouse storage or assembly area delivery
Operate forklifts and tuggers for material movement
Efficiently deliver and remove materials
Submit and support resolution of C.P.S. Continuous Improvement cards
Adhere to standard operating procedures and area-specific instructions
Provide process information to supervisors and managers
Occasionally participate in training and development for the quality department
Perform any other assigned duties
What you will have:
Minimum of 1 year in prior logistics/manufacturing workplace
Must have the ability to work well with others
Attention to detail
Experience in operating a sit-down forklift
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to research inventory, locate material, and perform inventory transactions
Ability to confidently perform a defect walk back, familiar with facility layout, and can reconcile inventory tracking system
Ability to read pick lists, comprehension of the concepts of standard work
Ability to perform transactional data entries in accordance with standard work
What would make you a top candidate:
Previous manufacturing/operations experience
Previous experience with Standard Operating Procedures or Standard Work.
Strong customer service/contact experience, communication, multi-tasking, interpersonal and organizational skills
2 years' experience in logistics/supply chain
Capable of working independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skill
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive operations
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

$17.50/hour starting payrate
1st Shift Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm
Overtime required by business needs
