About The Role:
The ambition of the Global Workplace Transformation Team, of which Global Digital Workplace Solutions is a part, is to bring the workplace experience revolution to life with dynamic approaches that inspire Innovation, Collaboration & Socialization, and Sustainability. The Global Digital Workplace Solutions team supports and enables the organization to succeed by providing digital tools to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency by implementing new digital solutions, enhance user experience, and transform data to value.
The objective of the Global Digital Workplace Solutions Co-Op position is to assist the Global Digital Workplace Solutions Team in delivering innovation to sites around the globe and to better understand predictive analytics. While the role will support the global team, the Co-Op will interact daily with local and global cross-functional teams such as Workplace Experience, Real Estate, and Digital as well as third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:
Provide project management support across a broad, global portfolio of initiatives including but not limited to:
Deployment of Workplace Experience app and ongoing adoption initiatives
Expansion of occupancy and air quality sensor solution
Expansion of R&D RFID tagging solution
Participate in testing of new technologies as well as enhancements to existing solutions
Support implementation of Smart Building Program in Cambridge, MA and Paris, France
Develop Proof of Concept for using emerging technologies such as AI in predictive analytics in the areas of maintenance, space planning, and car fleet management
Provide support for meetings, presentations, project updates
Basic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or other STEM related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
Must be enrolled in school the semester following your co-op with Sanofi.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the co-op
Must have permanent US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
Motivated and collaborative self-starter with an interest in project management, digital technologies, and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and/or contribute to multiple projects
Understanding of, and interest in, digital and emerging technologies
Experience with data analytics and metrics-driven storytelling
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions
Excellent research and writing skills
Passionate, creative, and committed with strong ability to influence and inspire
Strong time management and critical thinking skills
Ability to function with little hands-on supervision
Positive can-do attitude

Projected Learning Outcomes:
At the close of this six-month rotation, the Co-Op should be expected to have learned how to manage global digital projects, gained first-hand knowledge in new and emerging technologies and understand how these technologies can enhance the workplace experience, and learn how data analytics can predict the needs of the organization. The individual will leave this role with strong global cross-functional team and vendor management experience and exposure to working with leadership at a major multi-national pharmaceutical company.
