What we're looking for:


The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the company's business planning processes. This position involves working closely with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in planning and forecasting activities. The IBP Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and optimize business efficiency.



What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and marketing, to develop and maintain the integrated business planning process.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the IBP process.
  • Facilitate monthly supply review meetings to align supply chain volumes with financial forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the IBP process.
  • Support the development and implementation of new tools and systems to improve planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of the IBP process.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with integrated business planning software (e.g., SAP IBP) is a plus.

What you're good at:

  • Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
