As a Scheduler Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of resources, tasks, and projects within an organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient utilization of resources, meet project deadlines, and optimize workflow. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Development: Create detailed schedules for projects, tasks, and resources based on project requirements, deadlines, and available resources.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project needs and timelines.
Schedule Monitoring: Regularly monitor and update project schedules to track progress, identify potential delays, and mitigate risks.
Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management regarding schedule status, changes, and potential impacts.
Conflict Resolution: Identify scheduling conflicts and constraints, and work proactively to resolve them to ensure smooth project execution.
Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate scheduling risks by identifying potential bottlenecks, resource shortages, or other issues that may impact project timelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules, resource allocations, and any schedule-related communications or decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in scheduling practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project scheduling, planning, or coordination.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SAP, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Good computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP software. Ability to perform SAP creation/revision of maintenance plans, functional locations and Bill Of Material's.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP systems and process
Experience working in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or engineering where complex scheduling is critical.
Familiarity with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.
Experience with resource management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
