Job description

The Role

The Vice President of sales (Healthcare) is responsible for overall growth and development of sales and client relationships within the North American region of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. This includes partnership with various stakeholders across Korn Ferry, including marquee account management teams, regionally-focused teams, and sales individuals within other solution areas. This requires the individual to be well-versed in all of Korn Ferry's solution offerings such that the individual can recommend the appropriate solution to address the potential client need. This role will outline the sales strategy for the region, including upsell potential with existing clients, strategic new targets, lead identification, and response to RFIs/RFPs.

Additionally, this role will contribute to the overall solution development, pricing and design; will lead and participate in the pitch process; and negotiate contracts. This role will manage a team of sales executives, setting targets and KPIs, and align individuals to opportunities as needed. This role is ultimately responsible and accountable for the growth of RPO top-line revenue in the region.

Required Skills:


  • 10+ years of senior leadership or director level experience within sales

  • 8+ years of professional services industry experience

  • 5+ years of proven success leading and motivating teams

  • 5+ years of KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders

  • 5+ years of stakeholder management, influencing and utilizing negotiation skills

  • 5+ years of interacting with senior leadership/director level both written and verbally

  • Ability to travel up to 50% annually

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills:

  • 15+ years of senior leadership and/or director level experience within talent acquisition and specifically RPO

  • 5+ years of Global business experience
