"A Day in the Life"

Mobile Modular Portable Storage, a well-established company specializing in container rentals and sales, is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with and providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers, completing and processing transactions, as well as performing a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of the business.

“Must Haves”


  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to negotiate with vendors and customers

  • Customer service experience, utilizing strong inter-personal skills

  • Experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to prioritize work assignments

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Preference for working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional demeanor

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word Required, Outlook, and PowerPoint a plus

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required

  • 2 plus years’ experience working in a professional business environment required

“What You’ll Do”


  • Customer Service

  • Coordination of equipment movement

  • Direct support of sales, dispatch and drivers

  • Negotiation with vendors and customers

  • Process management and problem resolution

  • Written communication with customers and vendors

  • Creating purchase orders

  • General administrative responsibilities

  • Providing back up for multiple roles within operations team

  • Filing

  • Reception

  • Other duties as required

  • Some overtime may be required
