Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the development of the Utilization report.

  • Assisting in the development of the Driver Safety Report.

  • Assisting in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for new procedures or new products.

  • Monitoring equipment maintenance.

  • Providing support to mechanics with phone and iPad issues.

  • Ensuring that all motorized assets have a working GPS and troubleshooting any issues.

  • Creating the weekly minute meeting report.

  • Assisting with permits.

  • Keeping track of equipment on projects.

  • Collaborating with vendors on integration tasks.

  • Managing the tracking of survey equipment.

  • Supporting servicemen in staying on top of preventive maintenance tasks.

  • Assisting in finding vendors for different projects.

  • Compiling comparison charts for new equipment acquisition.

  • Supporting the deployment of new features for shop tracking software.

  • Managing inventory of small tools on different project.

  • Other duties as assigned.





  • Requirements:


  • Recent college graduate in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.

  • Demonstrate basic proficiency with AutoCAD Primavera, possess strong technical skills, and the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly and efficiently.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Must be a motivated self-starter capable of performance without supervision.
