Job Details:



Title: Laboratory Technician


Location: Pittsburgh, PA


Hours: M-F 6a-2:30p or 7a-3:30p


Length of Engagement: Contract


Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience



Job Description/Responsibilities:



•Our client is looking for an experienced Laboratory Technician with experience in a clinical lab setting, COVID testing, and analysis.


•Our client is working with a Production company who is working on multiple sites so flexibility and travel are necessary.


•This opportunity is contracted until at least October 2021.



Job duties:



•Perform COVID testing (nasal swabbing)


•Process and analyze test results


•Follow the laboratory's procedures


•Maintain records


•Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies


•Follow the laboratory's established policies


•Adhere to safety guidelines


•Identify problems that may affect test


•Train New Technicians
