Description: Our client is currently seeking a Writer III
Overall Responsibilities:
Partner with curriculum creators (Technical Writers and Learning Designers) to understand and map new curriculum and learning activities.
Produce new learning paths and evolve existing learning paths as the domain of AI/ML changes, new curriculum becomes available, or company needs change.
Partner with product teams to assess emerging learning needs and develop upskilling plans.
Use AI/ML domain expertise to assess curriculum suggestions or feature requests for learning paths and identify & curate high quality resources to meet objectives.
Demonstrate proficiency in using developer toolchains and submitting both markdown and protobuf files to ensure seamless integration of technical content into learning programs.
Leverage strong Technical Program Management skills to oversee project timelines, work estimation, and project communication.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants; implement data-driven improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency of project operations.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical learning design, technical writing, Edtech, or technical program management.
Experience writing python, markdown, and protobuf files.
Experience working in developer toolchains, version control systems, and code repositories.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Solid understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and applications. Experience with AI development tools and frameworks is a plus.
Track record of managing complex technical projects and delivering results on time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Curriculum management: Ability to deliberately and systematically organize curriculum within a domain.
Learning experience design: Ability to create learning experiences that enable Googlers to achieve desired learning outcomes in a human centered, empathetic, and goal-oriented way, synthesizing concepts of instructional design, educational pedagogy, neuroscience, social sciences, design thinking, and User Experience Design.
Learning management systems: Understanding of software for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses of training programs to create an immersive and meaningful learning experience.
Learning needs analysis: Ability to systematically determine and address needs or gaps between current conditions and desired conditions.
Technical aptitude: Ability to quickly and proactively learn the concepts, procedures, strategies, and principles in a technical domain.
Communications management: Ability to listen effectively to stakeholders, to communicate program goals and progress to them in a manner tailored to their interests and concerns at all levels, and to drive understanding and inform decisions.
Technical writing: Ability to create accurate, clear, concise, and well-organized content that transfers knowledge to users to meet their needs. Ability to communicate and deliver information to a variety of audience types in a manner that is adapted to each learning style, level of understanding, and background.
Markdown: Ability to write files in the markup language Markdown.
Protobufs: Ability to write protocol buffer files.
Machine Learning understanding: Solid understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and application
