Job Description:
Provide patient care and create a sanitary and orderly environment.
Offer positive communication with the patient and family
Perform personal care including bathing, nail and skin care, brushing teeth and other personal hygiene.
Take and record vital signs.
Aid in dressing and undressing patients as assigned.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping and assist in feeding the patient if needed.
Assist in ambulation and exercise as instructed by the Hospice Nurse or Therapist.
Respectful of the patient and family/caregiver environment and patient's personal needs.
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within the State of WI
A valid Driver's license
