As a Manager on the Sourcing Solutions team, you will align with a business vertical to support sourcing event strategy & execution for approaches like bids & eAuctions. This position will support various process improvement initiatives to make things easier, faster, & more effective.
This role lets you partner with associates to learn their business, provide support, and build strong working relationships with the team. The primary skills needed to be successful are:
Excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to effectively communicate data-driven insights, recommendations, project status, process details, results, etc. in a non-technical manner is critical. Our team interacts with various internal and external teams across the globe, making communication and relationships key.
Analytical skills. The responsibilities for this position include data gathering, aggregating, system setup, and results reporting to support Merchandising categories. This will require having strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Data Visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI). It is also preferred to have experience with R and/or Python.
Cross-functional teamwork. This position interacts with several departments within the company; therefore, having prior experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels within an organization is essential.
Project Management. At any even given time there are multiple projects as well as process improvement initiatives being executed. The ability to plan, track, and report on these initiatives will be vital to success.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience with data analytics and/or statistical programming languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.)
• Progressive experience participating in cross-functional teams to complete complex assignments
• Masters degree in Information System, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization and Merchandising and/or Supply Chain
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to regularly join meetings across multiple time zones

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
