What we do:

Part of the Operations and Resiliency Group, the Business Continuity and Resiliency Function strengthens and supports the Bank’s resiliency through a holistic approach from planning to response to recovery and mitigation.

This role leads the Resiliency Evaluation and Analysis team on cross-Group projects to support the Bank’s Resiliency objective, including business process modeling and after-action coordination. The position will work closely with the Director of Business Continuity and report to the Head of Business Continuity and Resiliency. 

Your role as Director of Evaluation and Analysis:

As the Director of Evaluation and Analysis, you will lead a team that partners across the Bank and throughout the System to advance and continuously strengthen the resiliency of the Federal Reserve System. Key responsibilities include:


  • Lead and build a team to strengthen and develop evaluation and analysis resiliency programs (e.g., process modeling, after-action reporting, and implementation plan analysis).

  • Work closely with Risk practitioners and System partners and various levels of management to advance resiliency initiatives.

  • Brief senior management on evaluation and analysis resiliency programs.

  • Stay apprised of industry best practices and incorporates into programs where applicable.

  • Collaborate with experts to understand contingency event outcomes and business processes across the Bank.

What we are looking for:


  • Demonstrated experience leading collaborative, cross-functional teams in a mission-driven organization.

  • Analytical thinker with a proven track-record of resourceful problem solving and understanding of critical dependencies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Ability to distill complex information and data into manageable, actionable documents, reports, and briefs for a variety of audiences.

  • Experience leading and developing staff and fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace environment.

  • Exceptional program manager with experience assessing, managing, and improving resiliency.

  • Experience with Business Process Modeling a plus.

  • Contract/consultant management experience a plus.

Salary Range: $260000 - $310000 / year
